What is Finger Lakes Field Hockey?

Finger Lakes Field Hockey (FLFH) was established in 2014 to bring elite club level field hockey and development to female field hockey players in the Rochester, New York area.  FLFH has rapidly expanded since our inaugural year.  Our goal is to raise each player’s game to a higher level.  Support players who wish to further pursue their field hockey career at the collegiate level.  Guide players and parents interested in the field hockey college recruiting process.  Develop exceptional athletics who value integrity, academic excellence, and hard work.

Our FUNdamental FH program includes several five-week sessions throughout the season which will allow players the opportunity to play the game of field hockey without the commitment of a full-time team or club for an entire season.  Our U-8 FUNdamental FH Program places a focus on child development while learning and enjoying the game of field hockey; this includes developing a basic understanding of the sport for the individual player, and progresses to include small game situations. Each session will include instruction and gameplay. Our U-12 FUNdamental FH Program places a focus on ensuring that all players are using the proper techniques.
